Extension Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all Chrome extensions developed and published by Sandeep Baskaran. Each extension is designed with user privacy as a priority—focused on functionality without collecting or processing personal information.

Data Collection

• No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected, stored, or transmitted—this includes names, email addresses, browsing history, or sensitive data.
• No cookies, analytics, tracking, or telemetry systems are integrated.
• All processing occurs locally within your browser.

Local Storage

Extensions may use Chrome's storage API solely to save your preferences and settings. This data is stored locally in your browser and optionally synced via your Google account if enabled—fully managed within the Chrome ecosystem.

Permissions

Each extension requests only the minimal permissions necessary for its core functionality. Common permissions include:

• storage — to save your preferences locally
• activeTab — to interact with the current tab when you initiate an action
• scripting — to execute extension functionality on web pages
• clipboardWrite — to copy data to your clipboard on request
• host permissions — to operate on specific websites relevant to the extension's purpose

No permission is used beyond what is necessary for the extension to function. Permissions do not grant access to unrelated domains or user data.

Remote Code

No remote JavaScript or WebAssembly code is fetched or executed dynamically. All scripts required for operation are bundled with the extension package and reviewed via the Chrome Web Store process.

Data Sharing

• Your data is never shared, transferred, or sold to any third parties.
• No data is used for marketing, analytics, or any other purposes.
• No data is used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, or employment.

User Control

All extension data persists only within your Chrome browser (and synced account, if enabled). You can delete your data at any time by clearing it within the extension or by uninstalling the extension, which removes all local data.

Children's Privacy

These extensions are not directed at children under 13 years of age and do not knowingly collect any information from minors.

Any changes to this privacy policy will be published on this page and updated on the Chrome Web Store listing's privacy section.
